Configure a CTV App in Singular
In the Singular platform, go to Settings > Apps.
Create a New Site on your Live App.
Select Other for the operating System.
Select TV for the platform.
Under Bundle ID, paste the App Name e.g. awesomeapp with _TV appended (awesomeapp_TV).
Whatever is entered into the Bundle ID field will become the New Site name. Make sure both Bundle ID and New Site are the same after it's saved.
Click Save.
Send your App Name and Bundle ID to your tvScientific representative (please send the following screenshot).
tvScientific will then build the cost integration report.
Configure a Data Connector in Singular
Once the report is built, tvScientific will provide you with the Folder Name.
In the Singular platform, go to Settings > Data Connectors.
Click Add a New Connector and enter the partner's name (tvScientific).
In the New Connector window, enter the "Folder Name" that the partner has created within the S3 bucket to deliver your data.
Click Save.
Let Singular support know you have activated a new Data Connector and need the Folder Name activated on Singular's Data Connector. Singular Support will ensure this is done and notify you that the S3 bucket is now ready to process the reports tvScientific delivers to the folder.
